Cleopatra Moraiti graduated with honors from Department of Agricultural Biotechnology of Agricultural University of Athens and has obtained a postgraduate title in Plant Protection at University of Thessaly. In 2013, she completed a PhD in Agricultural Entomology at University of Thessaly where she focused on demography and diapause of Rhagoletis cerasi (Diptera: Tephritidae).
She worked as researcher in LIFE projects (JUNIPERCY, ADAPT2CLIMA, BIODELEAR) and get a post doc scholarship for biological control of olive fruit fly. She is currently involved in FF-IPM Project. Her research interests focus on diapause, adaptation, phenotypic plasticity and biological control of fruit flies. Cleopatra will be involved in WP2 and WP6 of the FF-IPM Project.
